(WECC) submitted a permit <br />application package (PAP) under the approved Colorado <br />State Program to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division (NERD) for a permit renewal for the Mt. <br />Gunnison No. 1 mine. Colorado MLRD commenced its <br />review. <br />January 28, 1986 Colorado MLRD determined that the PAP was complete <br />January 17, 1986 The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and <br />Enforcement (OSlg1E) received the PAP. OSMRE <br />commenced its review of the PAP. <br />March 6, 1986 WECC published in the North Fork Times the fourth <br />consecutive weekly notice that its complete PAP was <br />filed with Colorado MLRD. <br />Nay 29, 1986 OSMRE furnished comments on the PAP, generated during <br />its review of the PAP, to Colorado MLRD. <br />September 3, 1986 0514tE received Colorado MLRD's draft decision and <br />findings of compliance for review and comment. <br />October 1, 1986 OSMElE submitted its comments regarding the draft <br />decision and findings of compliance to Colorado MLRD. <br />April 9, 1987 Colorado MLRD approved the PAP. <br />April 28, 1987 OSMRE received Colorado NLRD's final decision and <br />findings of compliance. <br />May 19, 1987 Colorado MLRD issued permit renewal. <br />October 1987 OSMRE recommends that the mining plan, as modified, <br />be approved. <br />
