Of NAlU0.Al RESOURCES <br />This letter follows Iny discussion with Dave Sturges of the February 17, <br />1981 correspondence concerning the alluvial valley floor exemption at <br />the Empire Energy site. <br />The February 1/ correspondence is hereby modified to reflect that we <br />concur with the prol)osed determination by tl)e Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division. This modification allows Empire to examine and <br />discuss this decision with the State and OSf4 without having to enter <br />into the appeal procedures under 43 CFR 4.1280.
