This <br />Technical Revision application is consistant with the plans presented within <br />Foidel Creek Mine Permit Revision Application simultaneously under review by <br />the Division. As such, the adequacy comments which I forwarded under separate <br />memo concerning the adequacy of the application in regard to Rules 2.06.7 and <br />4.22 apply equally to this Technical Revision Application (See separate memo <br />also dated 15 November 1982). <br />
