The modified <br />stipulation reads as follows: <br />KERR COAL IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A PLAN TO THIS DIVISION, NO LATER <br />THAN SEPTEPIBER 30, 1981, FOR MINIMIZING THE DEPLETION OF WATER <br />FROM SUDDUTH DRAW CAUSED BY GROUND WATER INFLOWS DISCHARGING INTO <br />PIT N0. 3.
