Lonll <br />Drvignn Dneaur <br />RE: Yoast Permit Application, Wildlife Section <br /> C-94-082 <br />I reviewed all of the information submitted by SCC regarding wildlife and endangered <br />species in their June 21, 1995 delivery package. Portions of Tabs 11 and 23 were revised. <br />SCC addressed each of the concerns identified by the Colorado Division of Wildlife and the <br />U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The responses appear to be adequate. I updated and <br />finalized the Findings document sections where these topics appear (Description of <br />Environment, Section A T&E finding, and Section B wildlife section). <br />OSM needs to complete their formal consultation with USFWS regarding T&E impacts. <br />Unless we hear of a problem with that consultation, the wildlife and T&E sections of the <br />Yoast application are adequate. <br />
