The impacts of future mining and <br />the quantity of surface waters will be subject to an approved aumentation <br />plan through the State Engineers' Office and District 16, Division 2, <br />t5'ater.Court;, The impact of future mining on the quality of surface <br />waters will be subject to approved water tra3tment and approved discharge <br />permits from the State Department of Health. <br />With the acceptance of the stipulations in the surface water section of <br />this document, the mining operation has been designed to prevent material <br />damage to both the quality and quantity of surface waters on- and off-site. <br />
