Lung <br />Division Director <br />Mr. Greene did not submit the written qualifications as required. He also left a voice mail message <br />on my phone indicating his acknowledgement that he missed the deadline, indicating that maybe <br />next time things will work out, and thanking us for sending him the bid request. The message was <br />retrieved this morning (8/31/95). <br />Jim Stover <br />Mr. Stover left a voice mail message on my phone yesterday (8/30/95), indicating that his schedule <br />would not allow his competing for this project. He also expressed concern about our requirement to <br />obtain such a lazge amount of insurance for such a small project. <br />Tom Leidich (TerraMatrix) <br />Yesterday (8/30/95), Tom and I spoke via telephone, and Tom indicated that his schedule would not <br />allow participation at this time.
