Lang <br />Division Director <br />Re: Phone Interview Log -Phone Call (8/31/95; 10:00 a.m.) <br />Party Contacted -Greg Lewicki (Greg Lewicki and Associates) <br />- Contacted at (303) 629-9335 <br />Question No. 4 - "Since this is a small project, how do (you) intend to keep costs and overhead <br />low?" <br />- One person knows all things about job <br />- Not segregated to numerous individuals, thus saving on communication <br />time/problems. <br />- States rates aze 50% of most other comparable services. <br />- Extensive office and field experience, always seeking ways to save client <br />money and provide quality. <br />- Has Eagle Point softwaze, which allows quick map generation. <br />Question No. 5 - "What type of quality control do you have?" <br />- Quality is dependent on good mapping. <br />- Will make good maps from which to base the plans. <br />- Knows what is important, having worked extensively with industry and DMG. <br />- Good overall understanding of field and office aspects. <br />- Will take samples to ensure proper geotech analysis -believes in conservative <br />projections to ensure stability. <br />Question No. 6 - "Will you be able...to meet time frames?" <br />-Can get insurance in time (but doesn't have it now). <br />- Can do color maps. <br />- No problem. <br />
