(formerly Pueblo Coal, Inc.), transmitted herewith is the Ground Control Plan for the above captioned mine. By way of background, oakridge Energy, in-interest, by way of statutory merger, Attached hereto is a Notice from Ms. Sandra President of Oakridge, evidencing the same. years the Carbon Junction Mine has had no the lack of markets for their coal. Oakridge has recently obtained a new mining and reclamation permit from the Division of Minerals and Geology, formerly the Mined Land Reclamation Division. As a part of that permit, oakridge was required to obtain an new ground control plan approval from MSHA. Although oakridge questions the Division's authority to require such approval of an MSHA plan, we are submitting the previously approved plan for MSHA records. Oakridge does not anticipate that the mine will be restarted until the time that a market is identified for the coal. Thereafter, it will take several months for startup to occur.
