Storm King Mines requests that the
haul and access roads for Phase "A" be kept at project conclusion
for further agricultural and industrial development on site.
Nearby landowners which own lands within the 5-year permit area
have also expressed a desire that certain improved roads remain
after project completion and reclamation.
Sincerely,
E.
