The Division received no public comment. Your <br />bond in the amount of ~1,75U,000.OU has already been filed and accepted <br />,by our office. Since all regulatory requirements with regard to this <br />matter have been satisfied your permit was issued Auyust 15, 1983. <br />Enclosed is a copy of your permit signed by Mr. Reynolds of Snowmass Coal <br />Co. and Dave Shelton of the Division. <br />Please keep a copy of this permit on file at the mine office at all <br />times.
