This application is <br />submitted as a request for modification to Permit No. 79-9 as issued <br />by CMLRB on July 16, 1979. Results of these tests will be sent to <br />CMLR as received. <br />Environmental baseline information, as referenced and utilized in the <br />attached plan, can be found in the June 16, 1980 Permit Application <br />for the Meeker Area Mines, Rio Blanco County, Colorado. The plans, as <br />presented, are preliminary only and do not have P. E. stamp.
