OPTIONAL: <br />Pursuant to Rules 2.07.6(2)(j) and 3.02.1(1), a performance bond in the <br />amount of E58,200.00 will be filed with the Division, payable to the <br />State of Colorado, before a permit will be issued. <br />The following stipulation is required by the Division: <br />Stipulation No. <br />A PERFORMANCE BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF E58,200.00, PAYABLE TO THE STATE OF <br />COLORADO, MUST BE FILED WITH THE DIVISION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PERMIT <br />ISSUANCE. <br />With acceptance by the applicant of the above stipulation, the operation <br />is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXII. Sealing of Drilled Holes and Underground Openings - Rule 2.05.4(2)(8), <br />Rue <br />Information pertaining to the sealing of drilled holes and the three <br />open portal entries at the mine is presented in Section 2.05.4, pages 29 <br />through 32 of the permit application. <br />Each portal and ventilation entry will be permanently sealed by <br />constructing a twelve inch thick solid block wall within each opening at <br />a distance from the surface where overburden height is three times the <br />height of the opening. The block wall will be keyed twelve inches into <br />the floor and ribs of the entryway followed by backfilling with twelve <br />feet of common fill material. <br />A single drill hole currently exists at the mine site and is used as a <br />water well. The Landowner has requested that this well remain open <br />following permanent cessation of operations, therefore; the drill hole <br />is not required to be sealed. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />/sak <br />9486E <br />
