DEPT, OF NATURAL RESOURCES <br />RE: Snowmass Coal Company's Permit Application, C-025-81 <br />Dear Bob: <br />Based on Division requests, several revisions have been completed in the <br />permit application document. <br />Revision 1 <br />21 maps have been revised since Snowmass Coal Company submitted the reorgan- <br />ized permit application in October 1982. 11 of the maps shown in the following <br />list required professional engineering certification or recertification. Those <br />maps are designated by an asterisk in the following list. The majority of the <br />remaining maps have had certain boundaries clarified Map D-4-1 has been used to <br />define the Snowmass Coal Company Mine Permit Area which includes the unit train <br />loadout facility and the non-county portion of haul road that connects the <br />mine to the loadout facility. The other related maps now include disclaimers <br />that particular boundaries shown are not relevant to the Division definition <br />of Permit Area. Five copies of the two letters are attached. The page numbers for <br />this new information are 2-25 and 2-26 and should be included in Volume I sub- <br />part 2.0-Legal, Financial, Compliance and Related Information.
