<br />i <br />NOTICE <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision <br />approving a technical revision under the provisions of the Colorado Surface <br />Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The technical revision was submitted by <br />Colorado Westmoreland, Inc „ P.0. Box E, Paonia, Colorado 81428, for their <br />Orchard Valley Mine located in Delta County approximately two (2) miles <br />north of Paonia, Colorado. The following is a legal description of the <br />Orchard Valley Mine permit area: <br />T13S, R91lJ, 6th P. M. <br />SW'r Section 7, Wei Section 18 <br />T135, R92lJ, 6th P. M. <br />Section 24, E'~ Section 13, EASE: Section 12 <br />The revision involves providing the Orchard Valley Mine with an additional <br />six month supply of coal which should be sufficient to allow operations to <br />continue until the permanent program review of the application has been <br />completed. <br />Copies of the revision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined Land Recla- <br />mation Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) SG6-3567. Any person who has an interest which is <br />or may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing on the decision <br />by the Division. These requests must be made within 10 days of this pub- <br />lication, shall be in writing, and state with reasonable specificity the <br />reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />
