• Road drainage <br />Jeff Canyon Haulroad <br />The Division believes the inflow to culvert 124+79 would be 223.5 cfs rather than <br />156.71. The application is in compliance with Rule 4.05.10. <br />Rule 4.05.13 Surface and Groundwater Monitorine <br />Under this section, all responses were found adequate except as listed below. <br />• 167. This response is inadequate. Please refer to the original question and review spring <br />names, locations, and proposed mine plan. <br />Rule 4.05.18 Stream Buffer Zones <br />The response to question 174 is adequate. The application is in compliance with Rule 4.05.18. <br />Rule 4.06 Topsoil <br />The response to question 175 is adequate. The application is in compliance with Rule 4.06. <br />Rule 4.08 Use of Explosives <br />Under this section, all responses were found adequate except as listed below. <br />178. The applicant's response needs some additional wording. The application has been <br />revised (page 2.05-37) to include a commitment to provide oral notices to all persons <br />within one-half mile of the blasting pile when blasting occurs at unscheduled times. This <br />section of the permit should also include a commitment to comply with the requirements <br />of Section 4.08.4(I)(b)(iii) regarding any potentially necessary night blasting reports. <br />Rule 4.09 Disposal of Excess Spoil <br />183. Resolution of this issues will likely come through satisfying a stipulation to the permit <br />
