My comments regarding <br />each of the assigned topics are attached. <br />In general, the Storm King Mine Inc.'s permit application appears to be <br />grossly Inadequate, as well as incomplete. The document consistently fails to <br />present the methodology and the data upon which technical conclusions are <br />apparently founded, opting for a brief presentation of the appliant's <br />conclusions.
