Z <br />will inform you early in October of any additional concerns (if any) we <br />encounter. As Z mentioned in my August inspection,Snowmass should forward <br />at least one copy of the revisions to OSM. Send it to the attention of <br />Mr. Bennett Young. <br />As you know the 180-day review of the application has expired. Due to the <br />complex nature of the application and review process, the final decision on <br />the permit will be delayed. however, Snowmass may continue to operate <br />under the existing permit providing you continue to demonstrate an intent <br />to come into compliance with the permanent program. <br />Be advised that Z will be on leave September 3-14, I98I.
