<br />-3- <br />Rased un information contained in the plan and the analyses provided above, <br />tl~e following stipulation is necessary: <br />Within 30 days of written acceptence of Departmental anproval by Sunflower <br />Energy Corporation (SEC), SEC shall submit to [he Regulatory Authorities for <br />approval a detailed suhsirtence monitoring plan to detect effects to the <br />surface which many result from subsidence. Prior to implementation of the <br />approved monitoring, system, SEC sha.il not enga,Qe in the removal of pillars in <br />Section 35, T 12 S., R. 91 W. In addition, within 30 days of written <br />acceptance of the approval, SEC shall submit to the Regulatory rliitliorities a <br />detailed analysis of the extent and anticipated effects of subsidence, a <br />desr_ription of measures [n be taken [n mitigate effects on the surface which <br />may occur as a result of subsidence, and also a surface owner protection plan <br />ner 30 CFR 817.126, The required estimate of subsidence and subsequent <br />effects sfrould take into account finding presented in the U.S. Geological <br />Survey Professional Pa ner 969 (C.
