<br />NOTICE OF MINING WITHIN 100 FEET OF A PUBLIC ROAD <br />Hayden Gulch Terminal, inc. has filed an application with the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology for a permit to operate <br />an existing coal loadout facility and railroad spur (Permit ~ C-92- <br />081). This loadout is known as the HG Loadout and is located <br />approximately 2 miles southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The existing <br />railroad spur and proposed permit boundaries are within 100 feet of <br />Routt County Road 37. <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology is tentatively scheduling a <br />public hearing in the vicinity of Steamboat Springs; the purpose of <br />which is to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on the <br />company's proposed mining activity within 100 feet of the outside <br />right-of-way of Routt County Road 37. <br />This hearing will only take place if public comment is received, by <br />phone or in writing, within 10 days of the publication of this <br />notice at: <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />1313 Sherman, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Phone: (303) 866-3567 <br />The loadout and railroad spur are located within Sections 10 ,14, <br />15, 22 and 23; T6N, R88W of the 6th P.M. This area is located on <br />U.S.G.S. Mount Harris Quadrangle and is entirely within Routt <br />County.
