<br />, <br />v <br />1JOTICE <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed <br />decision apt roving a technical revision under the provisions of the <br />Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The technical <br />revision was submitted by GEX Colorado, Znc., P.O. Box w, Palisade, <br />Colorado. 7'he technical revision is included within Sections 20, 21, <br />22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, and 35 of T105, R98[d, 6th P.M. and <br />Sections .1 and 2 of T1IS, R98w, 6th P.df. <br />The technical revision is for approval to construct additional <br />sediment control structures to bring the sediment control system into <br />compliance with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Act of 2979. <br />Copies of tiie revision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Any person who has an interest <br />which is or may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing on <br />t1~e decisi.or~ by the Division. These requests must be made within 10 days <br />of this publication, shall be in writing, and state with reasonable <br />specificity the reasons for the request and objections to the proposed <br />decision. <br />
