The bond for the Apex No. 2 (~1ine has been reviewed and sufficient monies
are available for reclamation. Therefore Pennit No. C-Oll-81 can be
`issued.
The enclosed permit document must be signed by you in the presence of a
notary public and returned to the Division. At which time Dave Shelton
will sign the document and the permit will become effective. A copy of
the signed permit document will be returned to you for your files.
Congratulations in completing the permitting process. Federal approval of
the mine plan, however, is still pending.
