CO 80203-2273 <br />Division vi tvuudi~~S U ~eu~uyy <br />RE: Minor Revision Number OS for Noxious Weed Control at the Canadian Strip Mine (C-SL-026) <br />Dear Mr. Price, <br />Slurco Corporation hereby requests a minor revision for noxious weed control at the above referenced <br />mine. Spraying activities will be conducted during the next ten (10) days and will include application of Banvel <br />at the prescribed rates to control primarily Canada and other species of thistle. Areas to be sprayed will <br />include the Pond 1 perimeter and around the entrance gate. Other areas of the mine will be inspected and <br />if weeds are found they will be sprayed. Areas of treatment will be reported in the annual reclamation report. <br />Should you have questions or if you need additional information concerning this minor revision <br />request, please do not hesitate to let me know.
