In response to the additional consideration of portions of the
revision area overlying federal coal reserves, the following revisions
aad/or modifications have been made.

A. All maps have been revised to show a reduced permit
revision area. 560 acres within Sections 32 and 33
of TSN, R86W and 10 acres in the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 Sec-
tion 13, TSN, R86W, has been eliminated. The permit '
revision area has been reduced from 1,506 acres to
924 acres.
