C-81-044 <br />Dear Mr. Mills: <br />In reference to your letter of July 27, 1988, the Division agrees with yolr <br />estimate of $2,500.00 to reclaim the proposed development drill hole. <br />A review of your current bond status shows that two of the bonds - <br />6451002385746CA for $400.00 and 6451003077876CA for $925.00 - are for specific <br />areas and can not be used for a general surplus. The other bond, <br />6451002385206CA, is for the general permit area. This bond is for <br />$3,178,400.00. Currently your estimated bond liability is for $3,092,105.00 <br />leaving a surplus of $86,295.00 Deducting $2,500 for the drill hole <br />reclamation will leave you with a surplus of $83,795.99. <br />In conformance with Section 2.05.3 of your permit application <br />(pg. 2.05, 3-21 R a) the Division requests Cyprus Empire to submit a report <br />within 60 days after abandoning this drill hole detailing the information~as <br />given on page 2.05, 3 - 21 R b of your permit application. <br />If you have any questions please contact us. <br />Sincerely, <br />• ^l <br />~~ <br />Gregg R.
