Hayden Gulch Loadout Facility, Hayden Gulch
Terminal, Inc.
Dear Mr. Wathen:
Enclosed please find three copies of modifications to the
Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. permit application package
which add additional road access and truck loading
capability to the Hayden Gulch Loadout Facility. Also
enclosed are insertion instructions for inserting the
modifications into Tab 12 of the permit application
package.
These modifications result in a slight modification to
the proposed permit area boundary on the south side near
the boundary of Sections 14 and 23 (T6N, R88W). The
adjusted permit boundary adds an acre (1.0 ac.) to the
permit area. The additional acre falls within an area of
previously affected lands.
These modifications will not result in any activities
within 300 feet of an occupied dwelling or within 100
feet of a public road other than Routt County Road 37
(previously indicated in the approved public notice).
Please include these materials in your preliminary
adequacy review of the application. Your consideration
of this matter is appreciated.
