Box E, Paonia, Colorado B142B ~] 303-527-4135 <br />May 25, 1976 BY HAND <br />Mr. Dean Massey <br />Reclamation Specialist <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />723 Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Re: Permit 77-353--Agreement Covering <br />Surface Facility Removal <br />Dear Mr. Massey: <br />Enclosed please find an original and a copy of an agreement <br />between the Mined Land Reclamation Board and Colorado Westmoreland <br />Inc. covering the removal of the surface facilities at the Orchard <br />Valley Mine. <br />We have worked with Ms. Lynn Obernyer of the Attorney <br />General's office in arriving at the final language and this <br />agreement now contains the changes which Ms. Obernyer required. <br />Please have both the original and the copy executed and return <br />the fully executed copy to CWI for our file. <br />Also attached please find a resolution executed by the <br />Board of Directors of Colorado Westmoreland, Inc. which states <br />that Mr. S. 0. Ogden is empowered to bind CWI to this agreement. <br />This should complete the bonding requirements for Permit <br />#77-353.
