Shelton <br />Director <br />NOTICE <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed <br />decision approving a technical revision under the provisions of the <br />Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The technical <br />revision was submitted by Western Associated Coal Corp., Suite 2300, <br />410 17th Street, Denver, Colorado 80202, for their Blue Ribbon Mine <br />located in Delta County approximately nine (9) miles northeast of <br />Paonia, Colorado. The following is a legal description of the <br />Blue Ribbon Mine permit area: <br />NW4NW4, NE4NW4, SE~NW4, <br />All in Section 2, T13S, R91W, 6th P.M. <br />The revision involves providing the Blue Ribbon Mine with an ad- <br />ditional three (3) month supply of coal which should be sufficient <br />to allow operations to continue until the permanent program review <br />of the application has been completed. <br />Copies of the revision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined 'Land <br />Reclamation Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (a.c.303) 866-3567. Any person who has an <br />interest which is or may be adversely affected may request a formal <br />hearing on the decision by the Division. These requests must be made <br />within ten (10) days of this publication, shall be in writing, and <br />state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and <br />objections to the proposed decision. <br />
