From the information submitted <br />with your letter, it appears that there will be no chances in surface activ- <br />ities from prior operations. If this is true, we have no ob,iection to <br />issuance of a mining permit. However, if additional surface disturbances <br />occurs, our Division would like to see these plans and the mitigation plans <br />Peerless Resources, Inc. has to offset potential impacts on wildlife. The <br />mine is in a sensitive wildlife area and adjacent to Division properties. <br />Ide ~o have a vested interest in this operation. <br />hle appreciate having an opportunity to co~nent on this Droposal.
