Dear Dan:
As per our telephone conversation on April 30, 1984 about your
April, 1984, Proposed Decisions and Findings of Compliance, this
letter is to express our concerns on the wording of the stipulations,
and to add an attachment to the document as an index to our permit
submissions.
The first point of discussion was the County's dislike for
keeping a public file copy of our permit. A recompiled public file
copy is in our Delta office, and can be delivered to the Delta County
Clerk and Recorder's office at any time. Please keep me informed of
your discussion with them on keeping the copy.
Stipulation 1 - The as-is drainage system was submitted as part
of volume 12 of 12, to be incorporated into our permit. Certification
of the pond was done on August 30, 1983. If additional calculations
are needed for underground discharge into the pond, please specify.
Stipulation 2 - Disagree with, but will do.
