A recompiled public file <br />copy is in our Delta office, and can be delivered to the Delta County <br />Clerk and Recorder's office at any time. Please keep me informed of <br />your discussion with them on keeping the copy. <br />Stipulation 1 - The as-is drainage system was submitted as part <br />of volume 12 of 12, to be incorporated into our permit. Certification <br />of the pond was done on August 30, 1983.
