The Division's preliminary adequacy review should have been <br />complete on or before April 24, 1996 in accordance with Rule <br />2.04.7(1). It is my understanding that the adequacy review will be <br />complete around May 28th which is 34 days late. <br />The Bowie No. 2 Mine has just been put on a fast track for <br />development.
