Several inadequacies and
concerns were identified during the review process which must be resolved
before the Division can complete the required [written findinys of compliance
and issue a decision on the permit application.
The following comments are in addition to those raised in the Division's
April 20, 1981 adequacy review of the application. Insofar as subsidence
and geology were not addressed in Dorchester's March 22, 1982 adequacy
response, these issues are not covered in this letter.
1
Your prompt reply to these concerns should enable the Division to issue a
decision in an expeditious fashion. .
If there are any questions about concerns raised in this letter, please
feel free to call me at 866-3567.
Sincerely,,
~~
:
Carol Russell
Reclamation Specialist
CR/mt
cc: Ed Bischoff
