Demonstration that Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Operati <br />~_ r___~u.. n____..i :.. w..w o..i_ o n~ c or7~ <br />Contingent upon the satisfactory resolution of stipulations and requirements <br />presented in the findings document, the following finding of compliance is <br />valid: <br />The Division finds, pursuant to 2.01.6(2)(b), based on information in the <br />application and from all available sources, that surface coal mining and <br />reclamation operations can be feasibly accomplished under the Mining and <br />Reclamation Plan contained in the application. <br />
