Msrlano <br />Clerk of the Board Thia letter represents Routt County' a notice of concern <br />Bo:Haase about the referenced site located in S22, T4N, R86W. <br />e7e-mo <br />On 10 Nov. 92, Mr. Gary A. Valora, Road and Hridqe <br />Supervisor for Routt County, Bent a letter to Mr. Greg <br />Lewicki. This letter, of which you received a copy, <br />addressed Routt County's request for a mitigation of <br />roadbaee contamination. Mr. Lewicki has completed his <br />obligation in regard to that letter. <br />At this time, our concern is with the coal bins that have <br />been stored along Routt County Road 29 right-of-way and <br />on the property of Mr. Robert Baumgartel. Mr. Batungartel <br />said that these coal bins were purchased by the <br />Pennsylvania Weat Coal Company and were to be removed <br />from the existing site no later than November 1992. <br />Aa of this date, the coal bins are still on site, <br />creating a nuisance sad safety hazard to the users of the <br />county road. Further, Mr. Batungartel may not have been <br />paid all the storage fees per his agreement with <br />Pennsylvania West Coal Company. <br />If you wish to contact Mr. Baumqartel, his phone number <br />is 303-736-8326.
