The applicant has conducted an independent survey to the <br />permit revision area as indicated on page 2.04-4 of the <br />application. This study has just recently been submitted to <br />the Division. Preliminary adequacy review of this section hae <br />not been completed. The Division will send adequacy comments <br />to CYCC when review of this section is complete. <br />2. Measures to be taken by the applicant to protect public <br />parka and historic places has not been reviewed for adequacy <br />since the applicant hae just submitted their study results on <br />cultural and historic resources in the mine area. The Division <br />will send adequacy comments to CYCC when review of this section <br />is complete. <br />IV. Geolocv (2.04.5. 2.04.6) <br />1. Par Rule 2.04.6(2)(a)(iv)(H), the applicant should submit <br />the lithologic logs for the drill holes from which the recently <br />submitted roof and floor geochemistry data was taken. The <br />specific drill holes are as follows: 006-82-072, CH-82-061, <br />Ch-82-65, 006-82-046. CH-82-74A, and CH-82-74B. ~,.~~~are~;} <br />2. The applicant should justify why such small stratigtaphic <br />intervals were sampled when obtaining the recently submitted <br />roof and floor geochemistry data requited by <br />2.06.6(2)(a)(iv)(D).
