The legal description of the proposed mine is as <br />follows: SE;NE;, N'~t•7E<, Sec. 30, T8S, R101W, 6th P.M. and NW;SE:, <br />SW;NE;, SE:NW:, NW;NW;, Sec. 29, TBS, R101 W, 6th P.M. The surface <br />of the proposed permit area is owned by Dorchester Coal Company and <br />Mr. and Mrs. Dale W. Lynch. The Fruita Mines are an existing <br />operation under Permit #79-60 ugJc. USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle Map <br />of Ruby Lee Reservoir indicates the towns, water bodies, local <br />landmarks and routes necessary to readily identify the. proposed <br />permit area.
