These will be posted and main- <br />tained during the performance or all activities to <br />which they pertain. At all points of access to the <br />permit area from County Road',=27, signs identifying the <br />mine area will be posted and will contain the informa- <br />tion required under section 516.11(b)(2). The peri- <br />meter of the permit area will be marked with orange <br />fence posts (or other visible mar}sings) before surface <br />mining activities begin. <br />The wildlife buffer zone defined by BL.'t Lease stipula- <br />tion in the southwestern part of the permit area <br />(v4: rtap 2) will be clearly posted so that mine <br />employees can identify and avoid the area .and regulatory <br />personnel can determine its boundaries. <br />Signs reading "Blasting Area" are routinely posted where <br />blasting will occur within 50 feet of anv road in the <br />pe rait area and within 100 feet of anv public road. <br />Signs marked "~•Iarning:.Explosives in Use" are posted at <br />entrances to the permit area fror:.
