The time we
spent together was very productive. It also provided an opportunity for me to make
comparisons between the permitting process in Colorado and the other states in which I
have worked.
As I stated in the meeting, the owners of A.P. Maxwell Development Company have a
great deal of coal mining experience. They are also sensitive to the environmental
regulations when developing mining and business plans. I feel confident that they will
have a positive impact on the Trinidad area.
Thank you again for the time you and your staff gave to us, and I look forward to working
with you as this project progresses.
Sincerely,
~~~~ ~~~
J.
