Coal is hauled in from the mine by semi- tractor trailer trucks and dumped into the crusher. N(7TE: Coal may be stockpiled at the loadout prior to and after crushing depending on equipment availability and trans- portation requirements. The croal is then crushed to the various sizes required by the users and stockpiled. The stockpiled coal is then loaded into the awaiting railroad cars for transport to the respective markets. The coal will be sprayed with a chemical dust suppression product to control dust. The area has historically been used as a coal loadout facility prior to TRM's obtaining the lease and as such no topsoil was available for salvaging. In fact, a drill hole indicated that the area had been previously used at least four times as a coal loadout. This was readily seen in the overburden profile. The sediment control system will be ccmg~rised of two sediment ponds and collection ditches leading into the ponds. The designs of the ponds and ditches are as follows:
