Public Health and Safetv <br />All mining operations have the potential to pose a threat to <br />public health and safety due to the presence of heavy <br />equipment. <br />At the Energy Fuels mines, several measures have been taken <br />to prevent any interference with public facilities in the <br />area. These include: (1) All mine haulage roads that cross <br />public roadxays are adequately marked with appropriate <br />signs. (2) Warning signs are posted at all access points <br />to the mine areas. (3) All Energy Fuels properties in and <br />around the mining area are posted and closed to public <br />access. <br />With respect to the safety of the mine workers, Energy Fuels <br />has a vigorous safety and training program to ensure a safe <br />working atmosphere for all employees, All requirements of <br />OSHA as well as state requirements are complied with, <br />H.
