It contains stipulation adequacy issue answers in a <br />November 8, 1983 submission as well as responses to the remaining <br />adequacy issues addressed in your Draft Findings Document dated <br />March 14, 1983. A listing of the outstanding adequacy issues <br />and our responses follow. <br />Adequacy issue 113, 4, and 8 Physic- <br />al chemical analysis of one year old underground development waste/soil <br />map revision in proposed sediment pond toxic B 6 C horizons/overburden <br />for the underground development waste cover: <br />Re: Pages 67-69 have been revised or added to the soil section. <br />2.04.9 explains the soil sampling locations, techniques, and rationale <br />as well as answering individual questions in these adequacy issues. <br />Map 2.04.9-1 has been revised to show all samples listed in Tables <br />2.04.9 (1) (b) - 1 through 7. Map 2.04.10 has been revised to show <br />sample sights SS1 through SS10 corresponding to vegetation sample <br />points discussed in section 2.04.10. Page 73 now refers to appendix F. <br />Adequacy issue 115 Topsoil volume discrepancy: <br />Re: The discrepancy primarily had to do with topsoil acreage <br />errors in Table 2.05.3 (5) -1 which is being replaced. Pages 109, <br />110, and 122 have been revised to show topsoil calculations. <br />Adequacy issue 117 Disturbance during the present <br />term in the underground development waste area: Re: Pages 121-125 <br />have been revised to better explain the operation of the underground <br />development waste disposal area. Slight boundary modifications were <br />made to allow working room around the disposal sight. Light contour <br />modificatins were made to better tie in with the use of the E seam yard <br />area. Drawings 2.05.3 (9) - 2 through 6 have been replaced with a <br />new drawing 2.05.03 (9) - 2. Drawing 112.05.3 (9) - 2 has been removed. <br />
