f'' <br />• • <br />NOTICE <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision <br />approving a technical revision under the provisions of the Colorado Surface <br />Mining Reclamation Act of 2979. The technical revision was submitted by <br />Western Associated Coal Corp., Suite 2300, 9I0 - 17th Street, L~nver, Colorado <br />80202, for their Blue Ribbon Mine located in L~Ita County approximately <br />nine (9) miles northeast of Paonia, Colorado. The following is a legal <br />description of the Blue Ribbon Mine permit area: <br />NW~MJ'~, NE~'1NW'a, SE%NW-'a, <br />AZ1 in Section 2, T135, R91W, 6th P.Pf. <br />The revision involves providing the Blue Ribbon Mine with an additional three <br />month supply of coal which should be sufficient to allow operations to continue <br />until the permanent program review of the application has been completed. <br />Copies of the revision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567. Any person who has an interest which is or may be adversely <br />affected may request a formal hearing on the decision by the Division. These <br />requests must be made within 10 days of this publication, shall be in writing, <br />and state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and objections <br />to the proposed decision. <br />
