Driveway must be surfaced prior to bein¢ used. "NEW" culvert material will be used where
required. No woke on the hin-hwav R.O.W. on Saturdays. Sundays or holidays.

approach(es) described herein the Applicant signifies that he has read, understands and accepts the foregoing provi-
sions and conditions and agrees to construct the driveway(s) in accordance wi[h [he accompanying specification plan
