Memo will <br />be sent to Brian outlining our reasoning for this and what Peabody <br />can do to resolve this issue. No change needed to permit <br />application. <br />Substation within Stream Buffer Zone <br />Substation is not related to mining operation according to Brian. <br />Languaae on Vegetative Diversity <br />Brian will submit changes to permit to clarify language.* <br />Does Runoff from Permit Area Reach Stokes Gulch? <br />Brian will research this question and get back to me on this.* <br />
