Ditches and Culverts <br />Peabody agrees to survey all ditches and culverts as soon ae weather <br />permits and to put all ditches and culverts on the map and give the <br />Division designs by the end of summer. A letter to this affect will <br />be submitted by Peabody. <br />25. Access Roads <br />The Division still has a concern that the road between the grizzly <br />and the loadout might be considered an access road. The situation <br />is unclear, therefore, no further action will be required at this <br />time. <br />28. Alluvial Monitorino Wells <br />See concern # 12. <br />2. Work Mao (PAR for 2-10-93 Submittal) <br />Peabody will submit additional copy of work map if we can not find <br />our copy. <br />
