I have examined
title to the subject lands and found that Bogle Farms is the surface
owner of the lands which are the subject matter of the mining permit
application. Bogle Farms is also the owner of 1/8 of 1% of the coal
situate under a portion of the lands which are subject to the mining
permit application. Therefore a coal lease was obtained covering the
mineral interest as well as the rights to the surface of all the lands.
If you have any further quesCions concerning any of these matters
please advise.
i
Very trul ~urs~,,,%
`Robert ~H.
