Please review,
and if you are in agreement have an authorized representative of New Castle
Energy Corporation sign the fifth and sixth pages of each copy in the presence
of a Notary Public. Have the Notary complete the fifth page and return one
copy to the Division. Operations at the mine may begin when this copy is
returned as specified above.
The stipulations to the permit will remain as they were prior to the technical
revision to move the facilities. If any stipulation does not apply to the
revised permit application, simply submit a response to the stipulation which
states why it no longer applies.
The Division wishes to remind New Castle Energy that any loadout facility to
be used in conjunction with the mining operation must be permitted.
If you have any questions, please contact me at the Division.
Sincerely,
~~~ ~l~
Jeffrey Deckler
Reclamation Specialist
JD/ph
Enclosure(s)
4094E
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
