If the OSM disagrees with the above opinion on National Register eligibility,
the agency may seek the comments of the Keeper of the National Register of Historic Places.
We also find the proposed treatment plan to be satisfactory and, consequently, it is our opinion that the
project will have no adverse effect on this historic property provided that the treatment plan is
implemented. In addition, we wish to reinforce Ms. McKibbin's advice that further consultation will be
necessary prior to any construction in the azea of this historic property if the applicant wishes to proceed
before the treatment plan field work is completed. It is the responsibility of the OSM to provide
documentation of this finding to the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation.
