~'+ <br />LEGAL NOTICE <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br />Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board published August, 1980, and pursuant to the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />Reclamation Act 34-33-101 et seq., the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division proposes to approve an application for a Permit submitted by Twenty <br />Mile Coal Company (TCC) for the Fish Creek Tipple located near Steamboat <br />Springs, Colorado. <br />The revision will provide for the operation and reclamation of the Fish Creek <br />Tipple previously operated by Getty Coal Company under permit 7616. The coal <br />loading facility will serve TCC's Foidel Creek Mine. <br />Affected surface lands are owned by Getty Mining and Minerals, Inc., are <br />located approximately 10 miles southwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado in <br />portions of the SE 1/4, the NE 1/4, and the SW 1/4 of Section 2, T5N R 86W, <br />6th P.M. <br />A copy of the application and the Division's Findings of Compliance is on file <br />at the Office of the Clerk and Recorder in the Routt County Courthouse in <br />Steamboat Springs, Colorado. <br />Any person with an interest that may be adversely affected by the proposed <br />decision may request a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />within thirty (30) days of initial publication of this Notice. Such request <br />must be in writing, and must state with reasonable specificity the reasons for <br />the request and the objections to the proposed decision.
