• <br />For water quality, an initial increase in salts can be <br />expected, due to the high SAR materials placed near the surface. <br />With time, and as the soil structure is established, it is <br />expected that salt loading would approach premining conditions, <br />although this is difficult to quantify. Surface water flows in <br />North Fork of Bolton Draw should be increased to some extent <br />initially due to the slightly higher and longer slopes. As the <br />vegetation and soil structure become more established, the <br />quantities of runoff will tend to decrease and the flow in North <br />Fork and Bolton Draw will approximate premining conditions. <br />_77_ <br />
